Two young UAE National designers, one of them Fatma Al Hashimi, decided officially to launch their business after achieving great reputation among friends and family. From there they've launched Noon Haute Couture which was on January 2007, and that was great news for fashion lovers. At Noon Couture, we deal with women who are looking for elite collections of Jalabeyas and Party Dresses. We are always there to help women chose what make them look stunning.

Well, I'm still wondering what exactly "Jalabeyas" are, but it doesn't matter actually.. Sometimes you wish you could make the time stand still and I felt thoroughly like this when looking at those pictures!
